The personnel controlled the banners on Jalan Buncit Raya, Jalan Duren Tiga Selatan, under Kalibata Flyover, Kalibata Station fence, Jalan MT haryono, Jalan Raya Pasar Minggu, Jalan Rawajati Timur, Jalan Pengadegan Barat II, Duren Tiga Traffic Light, and Kalibata Traffic Light.
Hotman Silaen, Pancoran Satpol PP Head, explained mostly the banners were installed at night to avoid the personnel.
